And the award goes to…

No, not the Oscars. It’s not the Baftas either. It’s time for the awards that HR professionals are really interested in. And as a judge, I’m waiting to be impressed.

It’s time for us to show off to our peers, and share a bit of brilliance. Of course, it’s not just an excuse to shout about what we do. Nor is it just a night out. These awards are about setting a new standard – driving the whole industry to do better.

Once again, I’m going to be a judge for the S1 awards (don’t let that put you off) – so I’m looking forward to getting stuck into all the entries. If you haven’t already, you can find out more and enter here.
