Who’s looking for what?
The idea behind Pactive is to make the best use of a range of approaches. Because, while one of the many techniques, media or platforms out there might deliver the people you need, I think that it’s more likely that you’ll need a blend of different strategies to attract the people you want.
That’s why I don’t just create campaigns in different media to communicate with an audience actively looking for a job. I also look to build organisations’ employer brand and profile on social platforms – and tap into the vast potential of LinkedIn – to attract the passive audience out there who aren’t hitting the job boards or signing up with consultancies. (Not to mention a wide range of other services).
The right people might be looking for a new opportunity. They might not. But that shouldn’t stop you looking for them.
